Wir haben zum Abendessen reserviert. Wirklich schön ist das Ambiente und Dekor - der Bau selber ist auch imposant. Der Service war über weite Teile gut und aufmerksam, liess leider zum Schluss aber stark nach. Die Rechnung war nicht korrekt (was ich gar nicht schätze). Die Korrektur und bis dann bezahlt werden konnte, dauerte deutlich zu lang. Wirklich schade, dass man sich nicht sofort darum gekümmert hat. Zum Essen: Es war für mich klar unter den Erwartungen. Eine Rösti gehört in die Pfanne, um knusprig zu werden; nicht unter den Salamander (Heizgerät), wo die oberste Schicht austrocknet und hart wird. Die Poulardenbrust war qualitativ nicht so gut, weil nicht wirklich zart. Naja. Ich bin enttäuscht und wenig motiviert, hier bald wieder zu essen oder das Restaurant zu empfehlen. Davos bietet in dieser Preisklasse Besseres. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
